How is the power generated?
Each Hybrid Turbine Generator is an innovative, patent-pending unit
that uses nine different technologies in a uniquely efficient way to
generate 60 kW per hour, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
Is this really clean and green energy?
Absolutely. The Hybrid Turbine Generator uses no carbon-based fuels.
For us, this is the really cool part. The financial and power generation
numbers are great, and the clean, green part is such a feel good.
The Hybrid Turbine Generator is good for the planet, good for our
children and good for business.
How reliable are these units?
Testing by outside laboratories has verified the consistent harmonics
and the 94-97% efficiency built into each Hybrid Turbine Generator. No
more “peak” and “non-peak” hours. No more brownouts and power
surges that waste time and fry equipment. You receive stable,
consistent, and reliable power 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year.
What kind of space does each generator require?
Each 60 kWh Hybrid Turbine Generator has a footprint of 60 sqft and
two units can be stacked for even more space savings. In fact,
depending on your building or site, you may already have space for
your own power. One unit will generate more power in one month
using 60 sqft of space than three windmills can generate in a year. To
put that another way, fifty (50) units produce 3 MW and fit inside a
10,000 sqft building. Plus, our units can be installed next to where
they’re needed to substantially reduce land and transportation costs.
Will my project qualify for U.S. tax credits and rebates?
We certainly hope so! We will know with certainty after we complete an
analysis of your project since credits and rebates are highly dependent
on location.
What’ is this going to cost?
In order to offer you the best option for your needs, we review
your most recent year’s utility bills. You may qualify for tax credits
or other incentives such as the Business Energy Investment Tax
Credit (ITC) or other programs offered locally or statewide. In
addition, you may have fees or other add-ons on your bill that
may disappear by installing our system.
Our goal is to provide you with a financial solution that is more
economical than what you currently have – now and for the
future.
What about financing?
We have a variety of financing options available to you, and like all
financing, the terms and availability depend on factors such as
your location and your credit worthiness.
What about rate hikes or price increases?
None. The average rate increase in the USA has been about 5%
annually for the past several years. While petroleum and natural
gas prices are at historic lows, eventually those prices will head up
again. And when they do, you can be sure that utility rates will
jump.
With our 20-year PPA, you are guaranteed a flat rate for 20 years
with a cost to you that may already be less than what you are
paying now, even with today’s lower petroleum prices.
What are the maintenance requirements?
Each unit requires a once yearly oil change, and depending on the
installation at your site, each unit requires an air filter change 4-8
times per month. However, our state-of-the-art monitoring
systems let you and us know immediately if there is any
fluctuation in production performance so that maintenance is
never an issue.
